Support services provide maintenance and support of your converged network infrastructure. We support all types of network technologies, from the simplest to the most complex devices.
We offer a comprehensive range of guaranteed response times and service levels. These range from ad-hoc access to our support helpdesk to a four hour response with engineer on site with spares. We use our own fully trained engineers located throughout the United Kingdom, allowing us to reach any location in a timely manner.
We offer three levels of support services as well as our Plus options which enable customers to add to these services, in order to address their specific needs in a single contract.
