Solution Design – As with all our services, our consultancy team begins with an analysis of your customers existing infrastructure and current and future business needs. Through a comprehensive discovery phase, which involves talking to your customers staff and users, we learn about their needs and challenges.
Then using our skills, experience and knowledge, we will seek out the products and services you need now, to provide a design for your customers now and in the future.
Implementation - This service ensures that the solution is tested, installed, configured and delivers the required results. To reduce your customers risk, where necessary we perform proof-of-concept, pre-delivery inspection, or completely pre-stage the configuration in our labs.
This ensures that, even with the most complex jobs, the installation is a success, from the start to acceptance. So whether it is a new solution, a re-location project, or migration of your existing infrastructure, we will find the right implementation solution for your customers.
Project Management – Our Project Management team has invaluable experience in delivering some of the most complex converged projects and uses industry project methodology based on PRINCE 2 (PRojects In Controlled Environments), to ensure that every project is successful and on schedule. We are able to work within a larger project team or manage the complete project management of your customers infrastructure project.
Education – The great experience and knowledge within Unified enables us to offer extensive training and education programmes to help develop our customer’s and partner’s skills. We provide an education programme that is tailored to your needs, either on technology, solutions or specific products. Courses can be held at our Education Centre, at an independent location or on-site.
Convergence readiness assessment – A fully converged infrastructure supports the delivery of a multitude of enhanced applications, services and solutions, giving you with the competitive edge.
Our consultants assess your current environment and provide a comprehensive report on your infrastructure and how it supports converged services. Within this report there will be advice and suggestions on any necessary changes.
Health check – How effective is your infrastructure? This service utilises probe equipment and analysers to examine the complete performance of your customers infrastructure and the devices on the network. We offer suggestions and solutions to any problems or issues we find.
Security Assessment – Security is on everyone’s mind. APSL offers a number of security services from a simple audit, to a full security assessment. Our assessment identifies any and all known current security issues within your environment by examining the systems from a number of points. Advice and assistance is offered to secure the infrastructure from both external and internal threats.
Consultancy – We offer a wide range of consultancy services including new technology awareness, convergence, telephony, IP, strategy and security.
