The Unified Group of Managed Services raise the concept of support and service to a completely new level. In conjunction with our other services, they provide everything required in the network infrastructure cycle. These services can range from monitoring a few devices on the network to a complete outsourced infrastructure, operated and managed by the Unified Group. Usually we manage the environments from our Network Operation Centre (NOC) based at our headquarters in Aldermaston.
Network Watch – This is the key service and has been designed and built to improve and pro-actively support and maintain your converged networks. Using a number of tools within the service, Unified Group is able to monitor and manage, not only the network components but any IP or Manageable device. The service can monitor other management services and also allows us to monitor other technologies. Managed Networks – Often known in the market as Managed Service, we offer complete Managed LAN and WAN services, including the links, lines and services needed to build extensive global WAN networks. These can all be managed from our Network Operation Centre.
Asset Management – With networks today evolving and changing so quickly, it is sometimes difficult to know what is attached and connected, let alone what versions and code are being used. Our Asset Management Service will help you to understand your network better.
Outsourcing – We can provide a complete outsourcing service for customers should they wish their infrastructure to be completely supported and serviced by the Unified Group. This service removes the headache of sourcing competent resource and staff across weekends, sickness and holidays.
Security Services – As networks are now central in all operations the need to ensure that networks are secure and safe is paramount. The Unified Group offers a range of security services which address all safety and security concerns. We will help you assess, detect, protect, correct and recover from any existing or potential security exposures in your environment.
